Vortex Security Concepts Limited, with registration No. RC 622402 is duly incorporated at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the Companies and Allied matters ACT (CAMA) 1990 to operate as a private security company in Nigeria under the private Guard Company decree No. 33 of 1986 and now Cap 367, Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Its birth in April, 2005 was conceived by a research of four astute security practitioners based in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. The effort, having identified a gap in the industry, resolved to promote Vortex Security Concepts Limited with a view to filling the gap, distinctively and most professionally – via the following path statements:
